Lègister assists Companies as far as the various aspects of compliance are concerned. In particular:

in privacy field, takes care of the Company’s updating to UE 679/2016 Regulation (“GDPR”), also taking on the role of Company’s Data Protection Officer;
in corporate criminal liability, takes care of drafting Organizational Models pursuant to D. Lgs. 231/2001, by means of lawyers with multiannual professional background as member of Supervisory Boards pursuant to D. Lgs. 231/2001;
for Companies owned by public entities, takes care of drafting corruption prevention plans pursuant to Law 190/2012 and advises on anti-corruption matters.
