He has gained experience in qualified law firms, carrying out legal advisory and judicial assistance, with respect to civil law, as well as in insurance law and non-contractual liability (handling complex claims, on behalf of insurance companies). He deals with corporate contract law.

EDUCATION

Graduated with honors from the Università degli Studi di Milano in 2015, with a thesis on medical liability in light of the so-called ‚Balduzzi‘ reform, supervisor Prof. Francesco Viganò. He attended the training course Post Lauream at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan (2018). He carried out the training internship, at the first and third civil sections of the Court of Monza. Collaborated and served as a speaker in workshops and webinars on insurance and personal data protection.

QUALIFICATIONS

Admitted to the Italian Bar from 2020.
